Your team comes from your Daycare. Drag a Pokémon out of the box into one of the six spots, or tap it to drop it in the first free one, and drag it back to the box to take it off. The order of the six is who gets sent out first. Tap one in your team to pick its 4 moves from everything that species could learn.
Everyone fights at Lv.50, so raising a Pokémon does not make it stronger here. What does carry over is its rarity, whatever it is holding from the Daycare's Bag, and the moves you picked. Changes save on their own. The 5 slots above park a team you want back later; opponents always fight your active one.
5 random opponents from every registered player, rerollable as often as you like. Nothing here moves your rank, so it is the place to test a team.
5 opponents near your own rank points, and results move you on the ladder. Rerolls and challenges are both limited per day and reset at midnight UTC, with both counts shown under the list, so choose with more care than in Casual.
